Oversaw test activity within Just Retirement, incorporating System, Integration and Acceptance Testing of in house software and COTS packages. Responsible for defining policy and strategy for mitigation of risk in delivering change across the organisation. Ran operational acceptance testing and assisted in the transition of change into Production environments.
