  U.S. People Team Intern: Employee Value Proposition

  Served as an intern on the U.S. People team working under the Employee Value Proposition sector. Conducted research regarding benefits and compensation to make McDonalds' benefits package competitive and comprehensive in the market sphere. Created a package that is attractive to the modern worker. Helped facilitate over 8 restaurant resources into Spanish to support future quarter action planning in our restaurants. Developed marketing and communication resources for a virtual team engagement week. Spearheaded a focus group of 12 crew members and managers regarding benefits, compensation, culture, and value where I developed questions to gain insight on what crew members actually value in the restaurant.
