  Provide one-stop service for mould making.1.Negotiating with clients to place orders.2.After placing orders,according to clients'requirements,discussing with engineers and clients until clients finalize the part drawing and mold drawing,during design,also will give valuable suggestion to clients.3.Following mould machining process and updating the status for clients each week.4.After T1 test.will check the trial sample and original one,also clients'requirements so that we have to know which points we must improve and do it.5.Usually after T2 test,can send trial samples to clients.6.After receiving clients' comments:A:Inspecting cooling system,disassmbling and cleaning the each part of moulds,then assembling moulds for final trial once clinets confirmed the samples.B:If not confirm,will not do it until the clinets are satisfied.7.Contacting with forwarders for shipment.sending clearance documents,final trial vedio with inection parameter to clients.8.Keeping in touch with forwarders about shipment status till the clients received the moulds.9.Asking clients about mould production and do good after-sales service if it's needed. عرض أقل
