As program leader, I organize and coordinate efforts among several activities around the country to standardize and codify the procedures and continually evolve the process using a robust lessons learned program. Team leader and change agent responsible for establishing, interpreting and communicating business metrics for an approximate $4.5B/yr organization to enable the ability to "look around the corner" and make predictive analysis based on past performance using key process indicators vice traditional 1-D business measures. Additionally, leading the efforts to determine the optimal team manning for hundreds of maintenance events ranging in price from $1M to $100M. Responsible for establishing and implementing new maintenance requirements for surface ships returning to the United States that were potentially contaminated (radioactively) from the Fukushima fallout. Scope of this project ranges from establishing requirements and procedures to performing work on potentially affected systems. It's a cradle-to-grave effort that impacts several ships in multiple locations with potentially serious consequences.In the early stages as team leader and champion to use a proven US Air Force technology and adapt it for use on US Navy ships to improve ship capabilities, reduce down-time and save money.
