      Centrecom Systems is an Irish IT Managed service company, providing a broad range of services, including IT Support, Cloud VoIP Phone Systems, Managed Wifi systems and Broadband services. My role in this company is both level 1 & 2 technical support for all services provided. From logging the initial issue which involves extracting relevant information from the client, to diagnosing issues and providing/implementing solutions as required. At times, I am required to liaise with third party vendors to get a resolution for our clients. Install and maintain Network equipment, including routers, firewalls, switches and access points, ensuring adequate coverage of wireless networks. o Creating permanent/ad-hoc networks as required, in locations such as Tourist destinations, student accommodations, etc.• Cloud VoIPo Configure phone units either physical or virtual for user.o Creating full call flows and phone systems as per customers’ requirements via the Monster UI PBX system.o Train users on full functionality of phone service Show less
