  1. Work closely with onboarding and implementation teams and onboard new clients by providing migration plan including but not limited to SMTP configuration, IP warm-up planning and execution, IP Ramp-up planning.2. Apply industry policies and procedures related to email deliverability.3. Work to ensure that bounces and spam complaints are optimized for maximum email delivery.4. Alert clients on IP and domain blocklists and recommendations for corrective action.5. Oversee detailed investigations and communicate with clients regarding deliverability issues.6. Implement Email Authentication standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC & FCrDNS).7. Debug mail server logs and resolve email delivery issues.8. Prepare periodic deliverability reports for clients and proactively provide plans to improve deliverability and email open rate.9. Work with the core product team and proposed various internal tools to monitor the deliverability of clients. 10. Prepare architecture diagrams related to new product enhancements specific to email channel and assisted the product team throughout the development process.11. Educate internal stakeholders including customer success team, implementation team, account management team on email deliverability and closely work with them throughout the email channel implementations.
