  Since July 2015 to June 2016 acting as Quality Interim Manager for the QEH Department (Quality, Hygiene and Environment).I'm managing customer's complaints, finding out the root causes, suggesting counter-measures and corrective actions. I also gather the Kpis and report them to the Managing Team in order to prepare the strategies for minimise the impact on the customers and improve the quality of our products. Fully management of the FCM (Food Contact Management System) according to the European Regulation (and also local and american regulations) and the BRC standard.
