  Manage an operation of JBH with respect to general distribution of Pep Stores,Ackermans, Dunns, John Craig, Shoe City and Refinery stores. A total distribution of 950 stores from hub daily which includes sorting and store deliveries. I manage a very complex Hub which demands frequency of 3 times a week per store with maximum 45 fleets of 8 toners. Day to day drive of efficiency of operations which includes long distances as well as local vehicle utilisation. Daily motivation of maximum of 200 staff members employed under a labour broker. Attending to daily meetings with Pep DC to plan the next day operation as well as manage exceptions. Providing coaching to shift controllers as well as supervisors on how to optimally plan their week. Management of KPIs day after and providing feedback to operations on daily performance. Show less
