After one year I focused on manufacturing process development for surface mounting and final assembly technology area. Last two years I led Process Support Team and at the same time was responsible for production line design/development at Salo Operation Analogy Factory.

  I have been mainly working in highend smart phone projects as a surface mounting technology project leader and specialist. I develop new components and parts, manufacturing processes, materials and manufacturing equipment. My work is also to analyse the mass production capability of new products and sub assembly cost effiency (make or buy). In projects I’m responsible for a budget calculations in R&D phase and I develop product specific equipment parts and assembly jigs together with subcontractors. In pre-production test builds I do manufacturing instructions, analyze failures and design the development proposals for many different R&D areas. I also do final manufacturing instructions and teach new development areas to mass production factories before ramping up the products. Also I participate to external/internal audits.I have been working in smart phone desing for manufacturing team and worked co-operation with global R&D teams, pre-production, mass production factories, after sales and sub suppliers.My work has been appreciated and awarded several times over the past years.
