  - Oversee all day to day operations of the Inpatient Rehabilitation department, serving as a Rehabilitation Program Director, as well as, a Nursing Director.- Assist with the admissions referral and intake process/coordinator by requesting insurance approval or navigating Medicare compliance while also completing pre-admission write-ups on potential qualifying rehab patients. - Successfully secure insurance authorizations for inpatient rehab admissions and assist in overturning denials through appeal processes, as well as, overturn any payment denials through an audit process.
