UCC was awarded the multimillion dollar, 70,000 sq. ft landscape portion of the Concord Gardens community in Richmond and needed some help to catch their breath. Duties included estimating, shop drawing review and submission, ordering and scheduling delivery of all long lead items, site meetings, bringing all drawings up to date, change orders, supplier visits, material and equipment deliveries to sites.
