  After about 12 years serving as the Student Minister and HS Student Minister at Legacy, I took a new position! As the new Community Minister I see my role as connecting and equipping individuals and families in the community inside and outside the walls of Legacy. I work specifically with community programs and ministries, counseling and support for individuals and families, as well as building community with our visitors and new members.   Jason is a Licensed Professional Counselor in North Richland Hills, TX. He has a Master of Science in Counseling from Abilene Christian University, is a Certified Mental Health Coach, and is certified as a Child & Adolescent Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP-CA), as well as a Love and Logic Parenting Facilitator.In addition to owning MindRight Counseling & Coaching, Jason is the Director of Therapy and Training at Christ's Haven for Children. Prior to opening MindRight Counseling & Coaching, he spent 18 years serving at a local church where he spent countless hours counseling and mentoring with students and parents in various settings as well as serving the community. For the past 8 years Jason has worked as an LPC counseling tweens, teens, adults, and families.Jason has been married to his wife Cori, for 20 years. Together they have 3 daughters ranging from elementary school through high school. They enjoy leading parenting classes, teaching Love and Logic courses, mentoring, coaching, and working with other couples and families.
