Provided pension plan secretarial services to the companies' four (4) Pension Plans including both Defined Benefits and Defined Contributions type plans. Liaison between deferred pensioners and the Pension Administrators as well as between the Boards of Trustees and the Plans' advisors (Administrators, Actuaries, Investment Managers and Auditors). Developed the framework for the HR Services Centre via which the core of our HR Administrative functions are effected. This role also carried out the HR Compliance role of ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations which governs the various HR processes. Compiles, evaluates, and reports the Group's regulatory obligations and ensures compliance with regulators as it relates to our Human Capital. Ensures compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations. Consults with senior management to ensure that any potential issues are addressed timely and accurately. Mandate encompassed the entire learning function for the Bank & Investments entities to include the analysis of needs, the creation of strategies and the design, delivery, measurement and sustainment of programs. This was done by partnering with the leaders and the management teams and by providing support as a subject matter expert while adding value to the business line.
