  - Specialized to understand complex international negotiation platform scenario and tactically handle tense situations; selected and nominated for the Indian Delegation and represented the country for strategic negotiations with foreign countries. Selected as a participative member of the Indian Delegation team to China. Carried out high stake negotiations at number of occasions to achieve desired results and goals.- Managed security operations at Seven field (operational) deployments, including United Nations mission in Africa and at various Counter Insurgency and Operational Areas as CSO, responsible for assessing the security threats, risks and deploying resources and counter measures with the help of modern alarm systems like Infra-red camera, NVG, Mini Drone, Metal detectors, 24*7 modern command & control post and movement sensor at International Borders.- As Military Member United Nations Mission, managed the demographic control and security of the Local Population, secured the key international assets and personalities, and liaised with various international agencies. - Created "Theme Gaming on Leadership and Team Building" to teach leadership and mentoring at Team Leaders Academy, Indian Army. Executed a 3-level training feedback method that improved training efficacy.- Assessed, evaluated, and audited security threats, dangers, resources, and countermeasures using current electronic alarm systems. Executed large scale infrastructure and logistics government projects.- Maintained a safe and secure environment by managing diverse teams through innovative and adaptable approach to meet organisational objectives. - Designed the security layouts of operational bases and constantly evolving its design according to changing needs and circumstances; prepared & updated SOPs & manuals.
