WIMPY in Witbank gave me a chance. ✅ My job was to be a Runner (help where I can) ✅ Within 2 weeks: I knew everything about most of the customers & "unofficially" got promoted to became a waiter 🤣✅ Most important skill I learnt was: 🥇Stay calm under pressure 🥇Never take a customer complaint personal 🥇When you make a mistake I.e. break a plate 🍽 Don't lie. Just tell the truth and take responsibility for it.🥇 Make sure you show necessary Respect to fellow employees...especially when you are the youngest. They can either help you or Sabotage you.   I was recruited to formulate a team, research , produce, and then present a business radio show for Massiv Metro. The show was called #MassivBusinessSolutions and it took place every Wednesday between 7pm-9pm. ✅ Stage 1: Assemble the Band 1) Put Together a Team that includes:Young, Experienced in Radio, Have knowledge of Business in SA✅ Stage 2: Learn the Instruments 2) Do the research about the latest Bsuiness trends in SA.3) Produce the Content.
