  Key responsibility:• Custodian of treasury cash, reserve stocks of traveller’s cheque and blank forms• Custodian Of Automated Teller Machine(ATM) Cash• Ensure that correct procedures for handling and movement of cash assets in the branch are adhered to.• Ensure that the correct security procedures are adhered when cash is moved to agencies and delivered to/collected from bulk cash.• Order and arranged clearing of surplus cash• Receive notes and coins from tellers to be lodged in the vault• Monitor cash trends and ensure cash holdings are within prescribed limits.• Check physical cash received/cleared in the presence of the Cash management Unit(CMU)• Control keys for container/trolley (used for transporting cash from vault to tellers).• Assist with surprise checks of tellersCS Roles• Dormant Account Reactivation.• Initiations of local and foreign transfer.• Issuance of Bank drafts• Receive and processing of failed/dispense error on any of our terminals and other platforms.CMU Functions:• Supervision of cash movement for Kebbi, Sokoto and Zamfara state Branches.• Supervision of CBN withdrawal/deposit.• Initiation and management of cash request and swaps for the branches.Support Functions.• Attend to branch account payments.• Re-imburse managers and business entertainment(Petty Expenses).• Attend to premises and security issues, report immediately to the team leader.• Quarterly checks of first aid kits.• Issue Bank Cheques as required.Report.• Position ATM Report.• Operating Cash Report.Other Functions• Maintenance of office equipment's.• Administration of Stationaries.Registers.• Cash Advance Register(Petty Cash)• Vault Movements Registers.• ATM Movement Register.• Bank Draft Register.• Retracted Card Register.• Diesel Monitoring Register.• Credit Card Register• Security Checklist• First Aid Items/Register.Keys.• ATM cash vault Keys- Secondary Custodian• Strongroom(Vault) Grille gate Key(Bottom) Show less
