      Improvement in chromium recovery at EAF Analysed stainless steel making process at EAF of Jindal stainless limited having capacity of 1million tonnes per year .Slag analysis of using XRF is done to find proper flux addition and improvement in chromium recovery .

      Worked on joint project between Jindal stainless and IIT Bhubaneswar .Project : Process time for low carbon stainless steel grades at AOD- Modification of gases flow and addition pattern - Dynamic carbon prediction model is prepared c for blow cycle change over prediction to improve decarburization rate -Project resulted in process time reduction by 5% in low carbon grades such as 304L,409L .
