      I led Imagining Justice, an arts-based juvenile justice program that offers an alternative to prosecution in partnership with the San Francisco District Attorney's Office and other District Attorneys and arts organizations across the country. I also led the Technology and Racial Equity Initiative which convenes social sector leaders, students and researchers to produce knowledge and interventions that advance racial equity in and through technology. I lead Stanford's racial equity research and teaching center. Key responsibilities include:- strategic planning, fundraising, and evaluation- communications (digital tools to promote racial literacy, social media, newsletters, annual reports) - partnership development (nonprofit, government, university)- launch and lead new initiatives to increase the impact of our scholars and students beyond Stanford, incl. our Technology and Racial Equity Initiative. Launched an undergraduate program on advocacy and social change, including curriculum and student internships. Developed partnerships with 30+ community organizations, nonprofits, and government agencies for academic and research collaborations. Led a community-based research program. Evaluated program impacts on students and community partners. Taught community engaged learning courses, including: Solidarity and Racial Justice, Grassroots Community Organizing, and Community-Based Research. I taught undergraduate courses on politics, social movements, sustainable agriculture, housing justice, community-based research, and writing. For these courses, I designed and facilitated activities to connect students with dozens of non-profit organizations for collaborative research and community-engaged learning. Designed and led a week-long immersion trip for incoming students, focused on food justice in partnership with local organizations. Coordinated a Community Based Research Fellowship Program for undergraduates. Designed and facilitated focus groups to identify needs of student leaders and activists; used this data to created tool for student advocacy, including panel on “Careers in Activism”.

      FuzzPop Workshop creates immersive experiences that make the local otherworldly. Working at the intersection of art and themed entertainment, we design explorable spaces that combine state-of-the art technology and interactivity with new approaches to sculpture and storytelling.In July 2023, and with an incredible team of 25 local artists and designers, I launched our first show, Deep Lake Future, in Milwaukee.
