The new online asset management replaced paperwork associated with offline maintaining of records of projects assets. - Organized series of trainings for UNDP and its projects' staff on Asset Management.- Established long-term agreements for different category of services and goods. - Pioneered due diligence check and post-qualification techniques that helped uncover two fraud procurement cases. - Saved about US$ 100K of UNDP funds during spot check initiated under the contract for civil works. As a leader of the spot check mission, I could detect attempts of the contractor to mislead the mission and misrepresent the facts pertaining to actual expenses the contractor incurred and wants UNDP to reimburse due to contract termination. - Organized a workshop jointly with Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan for Uzbek business community and made presentations on procurement opportunities with UN. - Concluded a direct lease agreement for new UNDP office. Coordinated the whole removal process and ensured smooth workflow by arranging all facilities in due time.
