      Provided systems administration for Blackboard throughout the University (~12000 users) and desktop support in the College of Arts and Sciences (~400 users). Served as second-in-command in the Academic Technology Group of six technology professionals.• Closed over 100 Blackboard related Track-it Support tickets over a 3 day holiday weekend, ensuring classes were able to resume without significant delay.• Tapped by the Chief Information Office to server on the Strategic Planning Committee tasked with creating a vision and mission statement for Information Technology Services.• Served as Blackboard administrator for the University; proficiently setting up courses, users, and enrollments. University is now considering Massive Online Open Courses (MOOCs) as a result of the success of Blackboard utilization.• Liaised with Blackboard Support for the University during weekly support calls, providing outstanding and time critical support for students and faculty. Communication with Blackboard ensured the proactive identification of procedures to support the University.• Served as administrator for the Trac application for Advising and Center for Learning and Academic Success.
