My initiative and leadership skills led to my promotion to Manager, where I excelled in communication, professionalism, and meeting targets. I oversee sales trends, operations, and staff training while staying committed to professional development. During my maternity leave, I created upselling reports summarizing restaurant performance to provide actionable insights for my Regional Manager.
