  Meeting the tourists in their hotels in a bus, greeting them. I also had to clarify their doubts and take them to the main terminal of the company, in the Marquis of Pombal square. I joined the hop-on/hop-off service, describing the entire circuit in the heart of Lisbon in the microphone in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Whenever the clients were French or Italian and required explanations I'd provide them. I also sold tickets to the hop-on/hop-off and to other HD and FD tours.
