  Working with 30 stores (in excess of 900 colleagues) to drive the Profit Protection Agenda for the company, covering all aspects of retail operations including cash and stock management with the aim to maximise profit and drive a consistent customer proposition across all stores, working closely with store Leadership Teams, Regional Managers and Head Office colleagues in order to highlight opportunities and risks across the retail operations• Delivering results through ownership, drive and resilience – analysing data, P&L, weekly/periodic reports, to assist stores in identifying risks and opportunities in the delivery of their plans• Coach and influence store Leadership Teams to drive optimum inventory accuracy and delivery against store operating procedures• Support the development of great colleagues, obsessed with the delivery of the Customer Service Pledge.• Investigated Internal Theft and Fraud incidents including anything highlighted through the companies whistle-blower hotline.• Observed stores to ensure they are consistently adhering to company guidelines around External Theft and Fraud, monitoring product protection (banding and tagging), checking equipment is operationally sound and security guards ‘fit for purpose’.
