Show less -Managed the Movement Control Centre, responsible for delivering a strategic multi-modal movements capability for all UK exercising formations, routine SC/RSC planning, and real life support across inter-continental Road, Rail, Air and Sea lines of communication.- Project manager for the successful recovery to the UK of 4 x Battle Groups per year, moving approximately 8000 personnel plus associated equipment, and vehicles.- Executed 2 x Port Task Groups in Quebec to transport vehicles and equipment to the UK, involving extensive coordination with the host nation, military, customs, environmental, and UK stakeholders.- Provided coherent and concise SME Mov advice to 3 UK Division/Fd Army/Brigade and numerous Canadian Department of National Defence, Civ Agencies, ensuring smooth coordination during the transshipment of BATUS and 3 UK Divisions Expeditionary equipment’s via complex Surface Lines of Communication spanning approximately 9000Kms.- Controlled and formulated an air extraction plan for British Army personnel from Canada during the COVID-19 pandemic, organizing 2 x bespoke short noticed charter aircraft including enough hotel accommodation in Calgary to ensure the safety of personnel iaw Alberta's COVID guidance.- Implemented revised methods of operation, resulting in increased efficiency and optimization of outputs, and savings of approximately $500k per annum in Hotel and Commercial flight bookings expenditure.- Led the team to successfully pass the Logistics Assurance, Dangerous goods, and external budget and finance inspections, consistently adopting best practices.- Instrumental in shaping and planning Ex PT20-01 Port task group the largest redeployment of British Army assets in history via 5 x Surface Lines of Communication to the Canadian Eastern Seaboard.
