Went on to take minutes for Exco meetings. Finally, took minutes for every board and board committee meetings. Set own goal for turnaround time to produce 4 board meeting minutes in 4 days. Organised the planning of the board and board committee meetings; from scheduling meeting dates, liaising with external company secretary, issuing the agenda, booking of hotel for meetings, handling of flight reservations for directors and C-suites who come under the purview of the board, compiling of board papers, liaising with various departments for reports, etc. In-charge of directors’ trainings. Selected to be 1 of the 9 privileged High Potential Talents out of 150 employees whose responsibilities included transforming ideas into reality. Was part of the Annual Report core team. Provided proof-reading services for all agreements and annual reports. Created an effective filing system for the Finance department and the Legal & Corporate Services department.        Was part of a working team to successfully develop, plan and run the Shariah Leaders Education programme which provided training for more than 100 Shariah Committee members of the Islamic financial institutions in Malaysia. Was part of a working team that developed and planned to take the Shariah programme international.  Worked with international partners and speakers on programmes under Corporate Governance. Transcribed all important meetings pertaining to Corporate Governance. Provided support on website surveillance for programmes under Corporate Governance.  Provided proof-reading support for all important correspondences and documents pertaining to Corporate Governance.  Provided secretarial and administrative support to the Director of Corporate Governance in the absence of the Secretary.Achievements:Successfully completed 3 research projects namely: Directors’ Remuneration Disclosure by listed companies in key locations around the world covering 20 countries;  50 Major Asia-Pacific Insurance companies which report went on to be published; and Directors of 100 top public-listed companies in Malaysia.        Programme development - part of the team that supports content development and program delivery coordination for CG related programmes.  Mobile App – part of the core team that is working on the launch of a Mobile App containing articles, podcast and videos on content related to governance and leadership.  Agreements - manage all contracts for CG including negotiating with external speakers on fee and terms and liaising with the internal legal team. Proposals including RFPs – work involves the curation of programme proposals based on clients’ needs. Liaise with clients, speakers and internal stakeholders to ensure the deliverables and timelines are met.  Certification of programmes – work involves getting certification for CG programs from AICB, SIDC and HRDC.  Carry out research on topics related to CG. Planning of programme schedules – liaise with speakers as well as internal stakeholders to finalise the programmes. Part of the working team of the National Special Committee on Corporate Governance. Handle the social media accounts, liaise with the Committee members, organise meetings from compiling meeting papers up to writing of the meeting minutes and proofreading documents.  Liaison with external stakeholders include director and senior management level and clients and regulators from BNM, Bursa, FIs and PLCs.
