FL Franchise; Renewed contract after lawsuit was lost, renegotiated three 7 year extensions with pilot to go to automated collection with carts in 2 years. $28 million/yr annual revenuesNegotiated Collier Co. FL Franchise; Negotiated $20million/yr single stream automated recycling & collection contract in the state of Florida for 8 years plus two 5 year renewal options. Successfully bid Lee County FL Franchise RFP; successfully bid 22% EBIT on $7 million a year contract. Converted Gulf Coast Landfill; converted a MSW landfill into a C&D landfill. Increased tonnage from a 300 TPD site to 2500 TPD site in 2 years. Built relationships with 3 municipal contracts in Cape Coral, Holmes Beach, and Long Boat Key.
