  Reporting to the External Relations Executive, as the Individual and Corporate Giving Manager, I will lead efforts to identify, cultivate and steward Annual Fund donors at and below the Producers level. I will collaborate with the entire Development team on strategy and fulfillment with a focus on increasing individual donor levels to meet organizational fundraising goals and developing a new donor pipeline. My increased portfolio of contacts requires a minimum of 10 in-person donor meetings or engagements per month, with a substantial increase during the Company’s performance season at Lincoln Center. With a focus to create fundraising metrics for segments of the overall portfolio, I co-manage our in-house donor fulfillment events. Additionally, I am responsible to identify, cultivate and steward Corporate Partners with the goal of reaching organizational fundraising goals for this segment as well as leveraging those relationships for gala table purchases. I am always available to provide guidance, support, and back-up, as needed, to the Development Operations Assistant and Assistant Director, especially in relation to gift processing, file management, and operational efficiencies.
