      Head of Talent and Teams

🌊 New Beginnings, Big Purpose 🌊I’m thrilled to share that I’ve joined Additive Catchments, where we are on a mission to improve global river health 🌍💧. This work goes far beyond the technical—it’s about creating cleaner waterways, safer ecosystems, and building partnerships with communities, charities, and water companies to catalyse meaningful change. What truly energises me is the opportunity to help shape how we work. At Additive Catchments, I’m dedicating my time to co-creating an internal ecosystem that fosters healthy innovation and collaborative growth. Guided by the principles of Teal organisations and self-management, we’re collectively building a workplace that prioritises:Psychological safety: A space where every voice is valued, and ideas can come from anywhere.Co-creation: Harnessing collective intelligence for better solutions.Purpose-driven work: Aligning what we do with why we do it ensures our work has meaning and creates lasting impact. Our approach is bold and experimental, and we believe that how we work is just as important as the impact we create.I’m incredibly grateful to be part of a team that challenges traditional ways of working, while staying deeply committed to restoring balance to our natural world. 🌱If you’re curious about next-stage organisations, river health, or how we’re weaving innovation into both our mission and culture, let’s connect—I’d love to hear your thoughts!#TealOrganisations #SelfManagement #RiverHealth #Innovation #Collaboration #PurposeDriven Show less
