  Key Achievements:• Company Owned Retail Acquisitions and Implementation: Lead national project to introduce and gather acquisition opportunities when the business pivoted to owning retail stores. Initial communication with 130 retailers, developed shortlist, then implemented negotiation and valuation process ultimately purchasing 3 retail stores.
