  During my tenure as a Research Scientist at IIT Bombay's Proteomics Lab, I delved into the intricate mechanisms of diseases, with a focus on COVID-19. My research on the humoral immune response profile of COVID-19 revealed severity and variant-specific epitopes, contributing to our understanding of the virus.I also explored the disruption of key biological pathways relevant to male reproductive function in COVID-19 convalescent men. This work, published in ACS Omega, highlighted the potential long-term effects of the virus on reproductive health.My research extended to studying SARS-CoV-2 variants and the role of proteomics in combating these variants. This work, published in Expert Review of Proteomics, underscored the importance of proteomics in our fight against the evolving pandemic.In addition to research, I served as a COVID-19 Volunteer Scientist, contributing my expertise to the global fight against the virus. This experience emphasized the importance of applying scientific knowledge for societal betterment.At IIT Bombay, I honed my skills in LC-MS/MS-based proteomics, Protein microarray, and Big data analytics. These technical skills have been invaluable in my research and have allowed me to contribute significantly to the field of proteomics.My time at IIT Bombay was about collaboration, mentorship, and the exchange of ideas. I had the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of researchers, and I am grateful for the collaborations and discussions that have enriched my understanding and approach to scientific research.
