  My role involved administrative and creative tasks:-Ensuring that our Virtual Learning Experience is up to date: teachers and students all having access to the specific pages they need- Designing new course pages for teachers and students within the College, and customising the pages, when requested- Completing creative-based tasks assigned to me, such as poster design/webpage design/help, using mobile devices/presentation design.- Assisting teachers with creative input in lessons and presentations- Creating animations using online software- Exploring Virtual Realities, encouraging and facilitating the use of this technology in teaching- Managing the Technology Enhanced Learning inbox, with a determination to answer queries super-quickly!- Assisting students with Digital Skills in lesson time e.g. blog creating, Office 365 basics, how to use our VLE.From 23rd September - 13th November, I was the only member of the Digital Learning Team, covering all the workload that was assigned. This process takes care and extreme attention to detail. I manage around 10 courses, and ensure these courses are ready for the live date alongside collaborating with Learning Designers. During my time here, I'm particularly proud of my work on redesigning the 'Student Hub' area of our Virtual Learning Environment, alongside project managing many aspects of this process. This has increased the amount of traffic to this area of our VLE, and has improved accessibility.Alongside my day-to-day duties, I am a proud member of the Safeguarding Team, I am a Mental Health First Aider and am also an Employee Representative.
