  • Entrusted with the responsibility of planning & designing the HVAC systems.• Designing the HVAC system as per standards & regulations to meet the client requirement.• Preparation & development of Conceptual, Schematic & Detailed design of Mechanical Heating, Ventilation & Air conditioning systems for different types of buildings.• Preparing all the report documents for the client submission.• Effectively coordinate with the Client for RFI (Request for Information) & raise IC (Interdisciplinary co-ordination) to other disciplines.• Fully accountable for reviewing technical drawings of co-workers and checking all specifications for accuracy.• Responsible for analyzing the components to ensure design criteria and specific requirements.• Ownership for planning, conducting and providing guidance to staff in areas of mechanical design development.• Gear the activities for controlling and maintaining the design as per codes and standards.• Actively engaged in improving the design, performance, and efficiency of existing products.• Responsible for checking drawings for accuracy & errors and also considering issues such as cost, safety, and time constraints. Supervise all aspects of communicating with other disciplines & stakeholders to resolve design issues. • Responsible for carrying out Mechanical calculations using Hevacomp, HAP, IES and other equivalent software.• Performing feasibility studies and prepare reports for sustainability options.• Coordinate with all other disciplines and improve inter-discipline working with other disciplines such as Architecture, Civil and Structural.• Liaison with clients, developing and maintaining customer relationship.• Responsible for completion of projects within the defined time and cost.• Undertake and mange liaison with System engineers, Third parties and specialist system suppliers and incorporate their requirements in the detail design.
