  As an analyst working for Vortex Energy Polska (since April 2017 Vortex Energy-Obrot) I am responsible for conducting statistical analysis of energy market as well as predicting energy prices and forecasting wind farms production based on historical and future data, that includes automation and maintenance of models. I also have to evaluate new contracts for renewables and end-customers. All of the above help me significantly improve my R programming skills and make me an advanced user of Microsoft Excel. I have to prepare cyclic reports for the board and my team to allow the company to make the best decisions. As a part of trading department I am responsible for choosing the market option and the amounts of energy to be sold/purchased (trading strategy). I also have to prepare reports for the accountancy department and keep track of company's exchange market transactions.
