  Drag Reduction on a helicopter fuselage using active flow control. Modelling the flow around the ROBIN-mod7 fuselage using STAR-CCM+. This project included following aspects of numerical simulations:-Geometry conception-Meshing-Numerical Methods-Turbulence Modelling-Validation and Post-processing

  Research Intern

  Using Solidworks and Propdesign, optimize the blade shape of the ventilators. Aim of the project was to design fans with an extended volumetric flow by researching the effect of the chord length of the blades. During this project, I worked on pressure measurements using piezoelectric sensors and a manometer. I managed to do real time monitoring of the pressure values using Matlab.

  Within the Innovation and Digitalisation Unit at the FOCA, my duties are entailing regulatory and policy making on Unmanned Aircraft Systems. And among others:- Managing Risk Assessment and their associated Comprehensive Safety Portfolio - Developing a regulatory framework for UAS spreading operations- Enabling the implementation of Unmanned Traffic Management capabilities in Switzerland- Development of Standards (ASTM, Eurocae etc...)
