  As Field Trainer in our Ann Arbor Flagship Location, I was responsible for training General Managers, District Managers, Regional Managers, Regional VPs and Corporate Partners as needed to understand systems, programs, theory, and expectations of a high-performing Store Leader. I collaborated with Corporate Partners to create, facilitate, and pilot various systems and processes pertaining to Inventory, Merchandising, Cafe and Customer Service. I was selected to be part of the Corporate Team that created Borders model for Great Customer Service.
