    • Sopra steria

      Jan 2021 - now

Working on research and development of features for multiple Banking Products. 1) Designed ML/DL architecture and trained models for time series forecasting.2) Implemented modular code for Topic-Subscription based asynchronous communication between Microservicies.3) Developed a Microservice for receiving alerts from other Microservicies and streaming them to GUI endpoint. 1) Developed features like Monte Carlo Simulation, Search, Export, Email Subscription, Record Comparison etc. for an Operational Risk Banking product. 2) Was also responsible for the implementation of product’s authentication and authorization via Kerberos and LDAP.3) Developed Binary Search based time dependent mapping of values for KRI feature.4) Developed algorithm for restricting data up to a controlled tree-depth. 1) Recieved training in Java, Spring Boot and Hibernate. 2) Got practical exposure of Monte Carlo Simulation, while working on a banking product for Germany Delivery Unit.

  • Honors & Awards

    • Awarded to Vinayak Sharma
Pinnacle Award Sopra Steria Jul 2023 Received Pinnacle award for implementing a complex feature change related to controlled handling of tree like data. Two different solutions were implemented for this, one involving propagation of changes in batches (consisting of unlocked records) to all involved records and other involving restricting data up to a controlled tree-depth by a custom algorithm.
    • Awarded to Vinayak Sharma
Pinnacle Award Sopra Steria May 2022 Received Pinnacle Award for optimal implementation of the time depended mapping of the Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to their thresholds.
