  Head of ALM Product Management at Murex. I lead a team of 10 Product Managers handling more than 20 products, spanning all MX.3 software development phases. Most of our products are internally developed where we are responsible for their full lifecycle (vision, strategy, roadmap, execution, and maintenance). They answer the below needs: - Software Continuous Integration- Test Management - Test Automation- Release Management We also manage, third party products for: - Agile Project Management and Issue Tracking (Atlassian Jira)- Wiki (Atlassian Confluence)- Prototyping (Balsamiq)- Source Code Management (Perforce, SVN, GIT, Atlassian Bitbucket)- Defect Management (PeopleSoft) Show less Product Manager of MXtest / MTS which is an in-house end to end test automation tool and libraries for MX.3 intended for both internal and client side testing. As its sole product manager I worked with 2 development teams; one consisting of 7 developers, and the other 11. We followed Scrum and worked in 3 week sprints.Our product vision was to reduce the total cost of ownership of MX.3 and improve its time to market by allowing clients to automate their user tests in a fast and reliable manner while ensuring seamless upgrades. In less than 3 years, MXtest became the preferred test automation tool for Murex clients and partners globally, with a client base of more than 40.
