The jobscopes are implement testing, perform new activation/migration and provide complete reports for all the international circuits that been monitored by Telekom Malaysia.In addition, I also had an opportunity to operate myself on the Walder & GoltermannTest Gear; an equipment to check on the bit error ratio testing.

  -Provide leadership and 2nd level support for security incidents/problems that comes under the scope of TM ONE SOC.-Act as part of a team providing security incident response ownership for TM ONE MSS clients.-Assist Security Analyst to analyze security information produced by Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) system and drive analysis and resolution of all security issues within SOC scope.-Communicate effectively and provide coordinated services to TM ONE MSS clients; ensure that all Service Level Agreements pertaining to security incident response and management are met.-Prepare monthly management report to selected premier client.-Analysis of monthly management report data, recommendation and presentation to customer-Analyze Managed Vulnerability Assessment report generated by VA tools and prepare management report with recommendation.-Perform complex problem analysis, resolution and system recovery within committed SLA.-Provide on-the-job training and guidance to SA to up skill their incident handling techniques and methodologies.-Perform forensic investigations of security incidents.-Perform regular scans and security assessments of the infrastructure, notify/escalate and document findings in a complete comprehensive report that includes technical and non-technical findings and recommendations.-Provide security advisory to client during security outbreak.-Develop and fine tune incident response methodology.-Develop SOPP on security equipment support and troubleshooting.
