It has three onsite venues which are individually designed facilities, The Lodge, The Bunkers and The Quails Nest, are unrivalled in their versatility for entertainment with a strong focus on outstanding New Zealand cuisine, wine, and service.Day to day event management includes managing from the very first email or phone call via the client, creating quotes and tailoring a day to suit them and their team. Working with budgets, arranging and staffing shifts (causals are able to book their own shifts that suit them). Coordination transport, communicating between clients, suppliers and colleagues, health and safety, welcome speeches, overseeing events, event setup and pack down. Invoice confirmations, deposits prior to event and afterwards. Creating partnerships with clients. Along with day to day coordination I was also able to host activities such as archery, axe throwing, digger challenge, wine challenge and team building puzzle games.
