Leader of Launch and Grow plant within the Geel API manufacturing facility, overseeing 100 employees. Team lead with direct people management responsibilities. Overseeing a team responsible for executing several tech transfers of chemical syntheses in order to facilitate business critical asset rationalization program. Responsibilities include New Product Introduction and Tech Transfer for chemical synthesis of various active pharmaceutical ingredients. Additional focus on development of process analytics tools to improve cost effectiveness of syntheses in life cycle management phase. My responsibilities include managing the technical aspects of compliance, safety, and process economics for multiple API synthesis steps through daily process monitoring, execution of technical projects for process improvement, and training of operations personnel.
