I have build up the payroll deparment since the start of the mine in 2007. We started out on the Paywell system and moved over to SAP in the meantime. I went throught the entire implementation and testing phase of both systems. I report to the HR Manager directly and also give feedback to the other departments through reporting on Headcount, Wage bills, Overtime, DME, Chamber information, RMA, Sentinel, Medical Aid etc. Our Time & Attendance are being done through Skycom and we do daily interfaces between Skycom and SAP. I am also involved with the yearly budgets and forecasts. Show less
