      As a senior team member of United Utilities' Customer Escalations Team it was my responsibility to both investigate and resolve customer complaints using multiple contact channels. My role included the full investigation of any problem that was brought to our attention, involving the use of United Utilities engineers if required, both attending and chairing meetings between the Customer Escalation teams from both Sir Christopher Harding House, Whitehaven and United Utilities' Head Office in Lingley Mere, Warrington and to liaise with UU's customers who had experienced difficulties with either their water supply or subsequent bill through both the multiple contact channels available too them and regular face to face meetings.
