  I am currently responsible for developing commercial strategies for the practice areas at ERM Brazil, aiming the clients from the sectors the company is focused in, such as O&G, mining and power. I am also responsible for the annual sales target of Brazil Business Unit and for the implementation of sales tools in such BU, aligned with the corporate guidelines and policies. Responsible for developing the Sustainability Business Unit within ERM Brazil, in terms of staff, products & services and clients. The main target was to position the company not only as technical expert but also to be able to provide business solutions aligned to the clients' strategies. Responsible for the Business Development, managing several accounts in Brazil and Latin America. Strong background in corporate sustainability, which encompasses economical, environmental and social matters.
