Show less As the team lead for the SEO/CRO team, I managed the project team primarily responsible for updating and optimizing our existing content to increase traffic and conversions. I was accountable for creating and maintaining a content roadmap to execute on organic revenue goals set by the executive team.During 2022, the project team I led increased conversions on pages we updated by 108%, helping our company set new all-time highs for monthly lead generation multiple times, despite a general slowdown in real estate market activity.Outside of my core responsibilities, I also developed numerous tools that the Content Team uses every day, including:- A Google Docs add-on that analyzes articles using Natural Language Processing (NLP) to extract entities and sentiment (via the Google Cloud Natural Language API). We use this add-on to help writers optimize their drafts and ensure their writing is relevant to the reader's intent.- An automated analytics data report that combines Google Analytics data and our team's publishing log.
