Supported the initial design and execution of Facility Results Framework (RF) reporting: involved in mapping of logframe/RF indicators, establishment of Indicator Reference Sheets, design of data collection templates for Implementing Partners, collection, checking and compilation of data. Supervising the execution of this process after the operationalisation of SUMAF contract after mid-2018. Involved in the design and testing of Data Management System for monitoring of Refugee Assistance projects both at results and action levels. Participated to on-the-spot check/monitoring missions and supervised/coordinated annual monitoring plan of SUMAF with approximately 20 monitoring missions per year in line with the approved monitoring methodology/manual. Providing assistance in contractual and administrative management of M&E contracts. Reporting to Head of Delegation, Head of Sections on achievements (progress data against targets) and other horizontal issues.
