      In 2020, I was part of the “200” who prepared Bombardier acquisition (Aboard task force), in charge to define Services Quality and Supplier Quality New Alstom Target Operating Model.Following the acquisition in 02/2021, I m currently leading a change management program for Product introduction (train commissioning and warranty) which consist to setup the new Group strategy and to deploy it worlwide ( 50+ countries, 280 sites) :- Set up of the Warranty function, as a cost center: Target operation Model, finance structuration, budget, performance monitoring, full new processes setup (from group Policy to level 3 procedures), tender.- Interfaces alignment with other internal departments such as Tender & Project, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement & Supply Chain and involvement of support functions- Region Warranty Business Governance (2000+ pers.) and transformation program.- Value capture plan : supplier performance & charge back, non-core cost back to source (product completion,troubleshooting, retrofits), operation efficiency, upsell promotion.
