      I am the lead implementation of SaaS solutions with government agency teams. I own client implementation efforts by providing project management, the gathering of business rules, implementation activities using PayIt Platform tools, and working with other teams when appropriate. I develop and configure prototypes using PayIt Platform tools based on the client's business needs. Build and iterate to continually incorporate feedback from clients. I communicate and manage any requirements needing engineering or the product team's input, following the relevant processes and coordinating timelines with all stakeholders. I manage test plan creation, internal testing coordination with PayIt resources, and external testing events to ensure compliance with known agency requirements, maintain a complete log of known issues or bugs, and validate fixes as they deploy. I work cross-functionally to uphold the delivery of services by both the client and PayIt product specifications, support clients in maintaining good platform hygiene, and proactively identify potential configuration or user experience issues. I serve as the primary connection point for steady-state handoff to Client Success, Client Operations, and Customer Support and support the development of training materials for various PayIt departments on agency business rules, user experience in the application, and unique client FAQs.
