  Commencing my EY tenure in the Retain support team, I swiftly assumed a leadership role. A pivotal phase emerged during the introduction of MERA, where I played a key role in exploring, testing, and guiding the team. Collaborating with resources in the MENA/PAK region, I ensured the seamless integration and effective utilization of the tool's functionalities.Throughout my professional journey, I've demonstrated proficiency in a spectrum of responsibilities. From executing business-as-usual tasks to generating advanced Excel reports and crafting dashboards, I've consistently harnessed tools like Power BI, automated workflows, Power Apps, and SharePoint to optimize processes. Collaboration with the People and Capacity team has enriched my engagement in resource-related reporting and activities, while my association with the Experience Management team has honed my skills in client interaction and relationship management.My commitment to innovation extends to developing chatbots, app development, dashboard etcIn my current role within FAAS, I bear responsibility for overseeing operations and resource management. This encompasses not only the creation of tailored reports but also spearheading resource mobilization efforts.My contributions have garnered recognition, evident in receiving spot awards and GDS user recognition awards consecutively four times for outstanding work in closing automations.
