  This was a part time position that I held during my final year of secondary school. I helped customers to find the clothing that they were looking for in the Men's Clothing department. I served customers on the tills, processing transactions and dealing with returns and refunds. I located deliveries for customers who had purchased online and arrived to collect their orders. I would regularly advise customers on the phone who had contacted the store regarding delivery and stock queries.

  As Programme Controller, my role was to create and manage the weekly show schedule for over 50 presenters. I arranged cover for absent slots as leader of the cover team, and also attended weekly executive meetings where station planning, finance, strategy and marketing is organised. I trained new presenters in how to plan and present a show, as well as operate radio studio equipment.I also wrote news bulletins for RaW's weekly new shows 'Insight'. Prior to being elected on to RaW 1251AM's executive committee, I was still a very active member of the society, presenting a weekly primetime entertainment radio show since the start of my university career. I won two awards for my presenting in 2014, including Best Entertainment Show and Best Male.Presenting a weekly two hour entertainment show requires one to be organised in planning content, and very creative in conceiving new games and features to keep the listener entertained.

  This was a full time temporary position that I held during the summer before my second year at university. I selected and organised orders of model vehicles to be dispatched to customers both within the UK and internationally. I carefully packaged items so that they arrive at their destinations in perfect condition. I had to organise postal collections and payments, and process customs forms for international deliveries. I maintained the company's online eBay shop, regularly updating listings and pages. I photographed new items, and also received and processed returned items.   This was a full time temporary role during the summer break before my final year at university. I processed car insurance claims and filed payments when necessary. I contacted rival insurance companies and law firms in order to establish liability in road traffic accidents. I was required to work within a team of professional insurance claims handlers.
