      Heather Ewasiuk, PRP is a Professional Registered Parliamentarian based in Brandon, Manitoba. Heather is a charter member of the Manitoba Association of Parliamentarians, obtained her Registered Parliamentarian designation in 2016 and her Professional Registered Parliamentarian designation in August of 2020.Heather graduated from Brandon University with a Bachelor of Science degree and then obtained her Manitoba Municipal Administrator’s Certificate.
